Shipping + Returns
Please note that I ship within Singapore only I am not processing international orders automatically at this time.

When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Almost all orders are shipped via SingPost or EMS.
The shipping rates for many items sold are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next whole number. In most cases I offer same day processing. Monday through Friday orders received prior to 1330hrs(+8GMT) will be processed that day. Saturday orders received prior to 1130hrs(+8GMT) will process that day. Orders received after those times will be processed the next available business day (this excludes Sundays and Holidays).
Despite fast processing, unfortunately I cannot control the timing of delivery once an item is in the possession of the shipping company. I use tracking for all packages shipped (except items on Clearance, normal postage will be used). If there is an issue with your item once it has been shipped and is in transit, please contact for assistance. However, I will not be held responsible for items once they have been verified as delivered by the shipping company.
You may return most unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (provided the item has not been used. If the item shipped in sealed packaging the item must be returned unopened). This excludes items on sale or clearance. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error in filling your order (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise the cost of return shipping is the buyers'. I will exchange defective parts like for like or issue a store credit. Due to possible issues I do not offer cash refunds for defective items
There is a 10% restocking fee for returns of $25.00 or greater.
Provided there are no issues with your return, you should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of my receipt of the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 24 hours.
If you need to return an item, returns must be preauthorized so please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return an item. Please indicate the item, date of purchase and reason for return. I will respond to your request. Once you have been authorized to submit a return, return the item to me, and I will notify you via e-mail of your refund once I've received and processed the returned item.
